AMERICAS BASICS SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped Priority Mail. When your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order.
Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the USPS website.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipments will be processed the next day that the order is placed if it is received and credit authorized by our credit agency "AUTHORIZED.NET" by noon EST. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or after noon (EST) on Friday will be processed on Tuesday. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays). Delivery is within the US only and does not include A.P.O./F.P.O. or P.O. Boxes. Express deliveries must have recipient's signature for release.
Orders for continental USA will be sent via "Priority Mail" USA POSTAL services (USPS) charges are $14.95 per shipment plus an additional handling fee of 79 cents per garment.
Express USPS mail is available on request, applicable charges are $28.95 per shipment plus an additional handling cost of 79 cents per garment.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will cost a basic $59.95 shipping fee plus an additional handling fee of 79 cents per item. NO Free Shipping promotions apply to Hawaii and Alaska.
Gift certificates are shipped separately and should arrive within 7 - 10 business days. If you need to express ship a gift certificate, please contact Customer Service at: sales at americasbasics.com
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Rural Routes, AFP/FPO Boxes must be sent by USPS Mail. Tracking is not available on these orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are only able to fulfill orders within the United States If your billing information has a foreign address but you are shipping to an address within the US, we will be able to fulfill your order. To avoid a delay in the address verification process, please phone, fax or mail your order.
